[Vision2020] Time-Warner Cable & Internet Outage

Just wondering if anyone knows the cause of the current TW outage? We're
in NE Moscow & have neither cable TV nor Internet service - service has
been down for close to two hours now.  As usual, all the call center
folks know is that there's a known outage & they are working to restore
service.

If anyone knows more, please share :)
