FYI y'all:  This agenda item (the Anti-Discrimination Ordinance) ended up being sent to Moscow's Fair Housing Commission for a public hearing, to be (eventually) returned to the Admin Committee for further consideration.

Those rugs at City Hall must be gettin' awfully lumpy.  What with everything being swept under them . . . like the Anti-Discrimination Ordinance.
