I am not suggesting bad news, but the name "Aaron Couch" (a member of the church staff) sounds very familiar.

Seeya round town, Moscow, because . . .

> The 150,000-square-foot shopping center is under contract to sell to Real Life on the Palouse, a nondenominational church that currently meets at the SEL Event Center in Pullman.
> The announcement was made this morning on the mall's Facebook page. An official closing date has not been determined but is expected to be set this spring.
> It is currently owned by Bennett Holdings, which includes Frank and Delores Bennett and their daughters Shelley Bennett and Vicki Jahns.
> The church plans to create an LLC for its ownership of the mall, which will remain on tax rolls, and says all current tenant leases will be honored. The shopping center, which was constructed in 1979, is currently home to 24 tenants.
> A 20,000-square-foot event space in the mall will be renovated to serve as Real Life's Moscow campus.
