[Vision2020] FINALLY ! ! !

Tomorrow (February 25th), at 3:00 PM, Moscow's Administrative Committee will convene.  Among their several agenda items for discussion and resultant recommendation to Moscow's City Council is . . .

Accompanying this resolution is its related ordinance.

One question:  Will this resolution, and its related ordinance, be adopted by the city of Moscow, or will it be swept under the proverbial rug, as it has in the past?

Note to Stephanie Kalasz, Moscow's ever-efficient (and jus' plain COOL) City Clerk:  On Tuesday, I will be submitting a public records request (and payment) for a video CD of the February 25th Admin Committee session . . . as I always do (hey, it keeps me off the streets, ok?).
