[Vision2020] PR - MPD to Participate in Statewide Seatbelt Enforcement Mobilization

How about a fine which will bring some attention to the problem?

$10.00 for an adult fine is nothing, considering the cost of the
consequences of not wearing a seat belt.

Is an adult's life worth less than a child, or, juvenile's life?
