[Vision2020] Oops, I almost forgot . . .

Oh, they, whomever they are, decided a bunch of years ago, it might be fun
to add an extra day *rolling my eyes* to mess with a kid's birthday until
they were old enough to understand ....

DUH

The earth doesn't orbit the sun in exactly 365 days every year, so, every
4th year a day (day meaning 24 hours, not, sunrise to sunset) to even days
and season out. If this weren't done, seasons would become more
kattiiwampus than they are now.
