[Vision2020] lamentations

Although I have disagreed politically with Mr. Harkins, I sincerely appreciated his fighting spirit, and will miss his presence here on the Viz.
While attending UI I had the fortune of attending one of his couses, Theories of Accounting; a course, if presented by any other instructor, I would have found to be boring. Not so with Jeff Harkins. He never spoke down at a student. He always spoke casually and openly, a concept we can all appreciate.
My last recorded video of Mr. Harkins was his comments presented at the US-95 Realignment Discussion that took place on February 25, 2013 at UI's School of Law . . .
