12:21 a.m. - Police cited an 18-year-old Moscow man for alleged minor in consumption and unlawful entry on the 500 block of Taylor Avenue. A resident reported a man had broken a window screen attempting to enter the apartment. Officers reported they observed the subject enter another apartment before being escorted out. Police reported he was highly intoxicated, confused and had Xs drawn on his hands to indicate under the fraternal system that he was not to be served alcohol.
3:13 a.m. - Police responded to the 1100 block of East Third Street, where a man reported he was trying to get his highly intoxicated friend home. The friend, a 21-year-old Moscow woman, was taken to Gritman Medical Center for detoxification.
10:45 a.m. - Police and emergency medical technicians responded to the Alpha Gamma Delta sorority, where a 19-year-old St. Maries woman was contacted about a head injury she sustained when she allegedly tripped and fell on the sidewalk after drinking the night before. She was transported to Gritman Medical Center for medical attention.
