Conservative are making the comparison and trying to turn this into a media circus:

As and aside, Fox psychiatrist Keith Ablow placed the blame squarely on abortions and Facebook.

Was there any delay in bringing charges against the defendants? In the Trayvon Martin case, no charges were brought until there was intense media attention and several weeks had passed.

In this instance, charges have been brought within the week.

How is this case analogous to the Martin case? Why would we compare this crime to that one?
