[Vision2020] Race will be ignored in murder of Christopher Lane

Here's an interesting graphic about prison population in the end. I'm using
because your "libertarian" sensibilities will suck you in in the first half
and that might help the race stuff at the end filter into your brain. I'll
look for some other numbers too. Then you can show me what's wrong with the
numbers and why black anger about the criminal justice system is misplaced.
