I do not support arming drones for the specific purpose of killing children or civilians.

Here is a scenario that has played itself out several times in Vietnam:

Suppose you are in an infantry unit in a combat zone.  You are performing duties as a perimeter guard at an OP (observation post).  You observe a 7-year-old girl approaching the OP with explosives strapped to her body, knowing that the explosives will be detonated once the 7-year-old girl enters the OP.

What do you do?
