From KREM:
Woman falls from second-story fire escape at WSU fraternity
PULLMAN, Wash. -- Two people were injured after separate falls on Pullman’s College Hill.

Police said the first fall happened around 10 p.m. Wednesday at the Phi Kappa Tau fraternity on California Street. A college aged female reportedly fell from a second-story fire escape. Investigators said she sustained injuries to her ankle or wrist. Alcohol was likely involved, according to police.

WSU leaders said the woman was not attending an official Greek Life event at the house. Neighbors said the womaan was not a member of Greek Life at WSU.
The second fall happened just a few hours later. Investigators said around 1 a.m. Thursday morning, officers responded to Stubblefield's Bar on Colorado Street. A 21-year-old man reportedly fell down stairs in the bar. The man was treated for a head injury.
The fall at Phi Kappa Tau is the third fall at that fraternity house since 2009.
In September of 2012, a 19-year-old Washington State University student fell three stories from a window at the house. He was treated for injuries, including facial fractures.
In August of 2009, a 19-year-old male student fell from the roof of the Phi Kappa Tau house. He was sent to Pullman Regional Hospital with injuries.
