[Vision2020] Nez Perce Rez and state highway

This case is not exactly equivalent to mega loads but does include it an
interesting discussion of state highways running through reservations,
tribal sovereignty on those highways and to some degree Public Law 280 which
is entirely confusing.  Below is a link to an appellate opinion in the State
