[Vision2020] Please help me to understand

How is it that a court order halting mega loads until further research on
their impact is finished is disregarded;  tribal sovereignty is ignored
(same old story of a one hundred and fifty years of land-grabbing, murderous
white settlers); and Exon Mobile nonetheless rolls on to Montana? I don't
understand how the Nez Perce sheriff's deputies and the Idaho Highway Patrol
can aid and abet this travesty.  Can someone please explain this to me.
