[Vision2020] Legendary lyricist Hal David dies

Love the Bacharach-David tunes. When I was a kid I thought one of the songs
below was called "The Sky's in Love with You." This is the opposite of
those who thought Jimi Hendrix sang "excuse me while I kiss this guy." Joe
