MOSCOW POLICE
Thursday
3:04 p.m.: Police took a report on the 600 block of West Palouse River Drive where a cat appeared to have been killed with a .22-caliber firearm.

So, now we have somebody in Moscow shooting and killing local cats.  That is often considered the first visible sign in the development of someone's mental depravity.
