[Vision2020] homemade drano bomb alert

I received this through the U of Idaho alert system:



"Safety Alert - Homemade "Drano" Bomb detonated
in recycling container near Wallace Complex.  6th Street closed between Rayburn & Stadium. Wallace main entry
closed until further notice.  Police/Fire
on scene.  Avoid the area and be aware of
plastic drink containers with unknown contents.  If the bottle is picked up, and the bottle is shaken even just a little
- in about 30 seconds or less it builds up enough gas which then explodes with
enough force to remove some of your extremities. The liquid that comes out is
boiling hot as well.
 
Don't pick up any plastic bottles that are placed in open
areas, dumpsters, gutters, etc.  If you
suspect a container may be one of these improvised devices, contact police/fire
by calling 911."
