[Vision2020] Recycle Question

Hi all -

I have a living room space heater (see photo below).  Its heating element "died" the other day after four or five years of loyal service.

I emailed Moscow Recycling last Monday seeking guidance . . . no response yet.

Are any of you fine people aware of any place that I can take it to recycle?

Suggestions?
