[Vision2020] Idaho Petition to Secede from the Union

I would like to point out that there are serious petitions mixed in with the secession ones, and that it might be a good idea to make an account and give the ones you agree with some support. I think it's 25000 signatures or so and the petition gets a response from the President (usually explaining why they won't do that).
