I remember the first snow on Halloween when I was a teenager... When did it
stop,  about 15 years ago?

Supposed to be 40* here (AZ) on Sunday night. *burrrrrrrrrrr*
It freezes an average of six times a year,  but, usually not until well
into winter.

Watch out for black ice!
