[Vision2020] Mammoet (Megaload) Funds Considered for Purchase of Police Gear by City

Will this gear have anything to do with assisting police officers in arresting people smoking a joint and anyone else within eyesight of them at the time they are spotted by the police? Maybe a good investment would be in internal affairs management training at the Fire Department.

Last night (May 29, 3012) the Moscow Public Works and Finance Committee considered and discussed applying funds (approximately $19,000) received from Mammoett USA (manufacturers of heavy lifting and transport machinery) for purchase of police gear.  These funds were received as payment for security provided to megaload transport through Moscow by the Moscow Police Department.
