[Vision2020] Question, V-Peeps

Do any of you fine people know of a reliable (and local) gunsmith?

I have an old Savage single-shot .410/.22 over-under that my grandfather gave me back in the early 60s, that he owned since 190(?), pictured below.  The stock was replaced in 1974/5.

The problem:  The forward hand-guard needs a retaining spring that secures it to the barrel assembly (see below).
