[Vision2020] NWS: Flood Advisory: Paradise Creek, et. al.

In our neighborhood on the mountain I've seen a bit higher water flow in
past years than the past week, but I've never seen the ground so
saturated.  This bodes ill if heavy rains continue to fall.
