"SB1387 regarding mandatory ultra sound procedures has been pulled off the House State Affairs agenda for tomorrow’s meeting.

Frankly, I think that the tremendous outpouring of opposition from Republican women around the state in opposition to the bill may be it’s death knell.   Rep. Tom Loertscher, Chair of the Committee, said he didn’t think he even had the votes to pass it in Committee.

There are many conservative Republican members of the House who are opposed to the bill."
