[Vision2020] Handgun Clinic

Good point, Roger, and I hope you'd add all those weekend hunters who think
drinking alcohol & hunting mix.

I'm not up on gun laws at all, and I *do* know that those with CCW permits
in Idaho can't be "under the influence" (another law that ID law enforcement
seems to turn a blind eye to), but is there a prohibition against drinking
alcohol & being in the possession of deadly weapons like firearms on public
lands? If so, then it's definitely *not* being adequately enforced -- it
seems to me those fines alone would make Idaho rich!

If not, why not?

I would concur with that. I have seen many hunters that did not take proper
safety precautions. Some of these include carrying a live round in the
chamber and shooting at something on the skyline.
