Greetings Visionaires - 

I have just completed presenting my "official song" proposal to the Moscow Arts Commission.

They are interested in it as a long term goal, possibly to be adopted next summer, in a year-by-year manner, where a song would be adopted as "Song of the Year".

This, to me, is more appealing.  As Songs of the Year "evolve", they will reflect upon the history of our town.
