It isn't even a real Civil War Flag. Few used that Dixie Flag.  This is the Confederate Flag. What next, in the history box, how people killed dinosaurs? Hey, in the WWII display before this one did they use the German Flag? Bet they didn't.

Alas, Mr. Price is correct about something.  Idaho was not a part of the Union until 1890.

However, I believe that the 1863 36-star US flag would be more appropriate than any regimental flag.  Ms. Patterson (or was it "Peterson") has informed Rose Huskey, who passed it on to the Viz, that ALL decisions concerning this display were made by her (Ms. Patterson/Peterson), as it should be.
