[Vision2020] Possible avenues to ex

I would not object if there was a historical display in the Courthouse
that displayed a nazi flag if it was in context with the rest of the
historical display.
I realize that I'm probably in the minority on this, though. Why
pretend it never existed? That doesn't help anyone.
