[Vision2020] PR - Farmers Market Location Adjustments and Surveys

As ABSOLUTELY pleasing as this modification to Farmers' Market may feel, for it to be "carved in stone" it will require a vote by . . . dare I say . . . Moscow's City Council.

Scary, huh?
