If corporations are people how can they advertise their goods are for sale? Or sell themselves to another? Or do a public merger?

If corporations are people I have some questions:
1. Is it murder if one puts another out of business?
2. Is it legal in Idaho for a mens clothes store to merge with another mens clothes store?
a. Would they need to find a womens clothier to act as their beard?
b. Is this why California has so many more businesses than Idaho? Naw... If that was the case Connecticutt would be hoppin' right now.
3. How can holding companies exist anyplace but backwater communities in Utah? Polygamy is illegal.
4. Can we hold them to the same citizenship standards as real people?
5. Can I sue BP for public urination next time they take a leak in the Gulf?
