[Vision2020] Nope . . .

I take exception to harassing a working man or woman trying to support his family. And yes, trucking companies do pay truckers while sitting, so they are working. Not enough pay to make it worth it, but they do make a few bucks when you are unable to move when it is not your fault.  They are also legally responsible for the cargo too even if given a crappy truck. 
 
I am all for charging the oil company for the truck sitting there. Just not the poor truck driver. If a truck driver turns down a load, companies will not be so eager to offer him another and he goes broke fast. Next to teachers and waitresses, truckers are one of the worst treated people.

Unless the driver has a job, or some means of support, perhaps the Montana State Police should consider arresting him for vagrancy.

I mean Twinkies and No Doz will only carry you so long.
