[Vision2020] Mitt Romney vs. Ron Paul on civil liberties

I will admit that it was a war.  

Question, Sunil:  If providing support (everything from collecting donations at a social gathering to "boots on the ground") to one side or the other, in an armed conflict, is considered "involvement" in a war, would you draw the line anywhere?  If so, where?
