[Vision2020] Say What?

Insurance companies make money when you pay them and they don't have to pay for your health care, kind of like my health insurance. If you are not healthy they have to pay for your health services, if you are healthy, they don't pay anything out.

Why does it mean that insurance companies have an incentive to keep me
healthy? Don't they make more money if I'm not healthy?
