[Vision2020] Gun rights

I have an idea. We all have the right to own guns, right? But let's make it
a requirement for purchasers of guns to undergo a mandatory two-week
psychiatric evaluation, at their own expense. Anyone caught with a gun who
cannot prove that they have taken the evaluation will be deemed insane and
will be institutionalized for the remainder of their lives.

 

Sounds reasonable to me.
