[Vision2020] A Dedication to . . .

As we say around my house, "TODOS SOMOS VECINOS!" -- We are all neighbors, and a threat to my neighbor's well being is a threat I cannot ignore or remain silent about.  It doesn't matter if my neighbor would advocate for me, or if I'm directly affected by the threat, or if I'm not affected at all (which, actually, is rarely the case); injustice cannot be countenanced.

I've said it often, but perhaps it bears repeating:  There is no threat to my marriage by anyone else's, regardless of their genders.  There are only two threats to my marriage.  One is named Jeff, and the other one is Keely.  If my marriage is somehow made stronger by unjustly denying the same benefit to others, or if it's weakened because other people can also be married now, then mine must be a very tenuous, weak, unstable one indeed.
