[Vision2020] The most transparent administration ever

Candidate Obama pledged to have a transparent administration.

President Obama's Justice department has brought more Espionage Act prosecutions than all previous governments combined. Granted, it's only been around since 1917, but he still beats both Bushes and Reagan combined.

How is it that the only person being prosecuted for torture-related activities in the last Administration is a guy who talked to reporters about it?
