Does this mean that since the city STILL hasn't  plowed the street I park on since the last snow storm (it melted thank god!) does this mean I can now park on one of the downtown streets that DO
get plowed over and over, on a regular basis when it snows?

Has everyone else gotten the card hung on their door by the city outlining which streets are involved? It shows an OVAL area, not a rectangle, and only covers "half" blocks in some areas.
So only the parts of the streets are involved?
