[Vision2020] PR - Unlawful Weapon Discharge at Dwelling House

Hmm. Isn't there a law yet about concealed weapons on campus? "All weapons must be concealed at all times." That means they mey never be taken out of their concealment at any time whatsoever for any purpose. Sounds like a good law to enact right now.
