[Vision2020] Religion, Moscow Billboards, and the First Amendment (Part 1)

On November 19th Judd Wilson of Moscow presented a complaint to the Moscow City Council concerning the context of a billboard located at he corner of Palouse River Drive and South Main Street, suggesting that the billboard be discontinued.
