[Vision2020] We Need a ‘Conservative’ Party

Art, Thanks for posting this NY Times editorial calling for a more reasoned and reasonable Conservative party in our country. I still find some statements in the article curious. The assertion that we need to "get rid of union rules against technology" is one of them. I don't know of any union rules against technology. As a President of a teachers union I would like to know about such rules. No union that I know of has rules against technology.
