It's my understanding that he grabbed a gun and headed in that direction 
and was told to go back home.  For good reason, since that's exactly the 
wrong way to behave when you are carrying. Using your weapon should be a 
last resort, such as when you are pinned down in a movie theater by an 
armed assailant.  Even then, you still need to think about whether or 
not you have a clear line of sight and where your bullet is likely to go.
