[Vision2020] New Subjects Need New Top Level Posts, i.e., New Threads

New, or at least more recent, posts on a new subject that is not 
directly connected to another post to Vision 2020 could be more easily 
found by scanning subjects if those posts were made as new top-level 
posts, i.e., as new threads, rather than as replies to existing posts on 
other subjects.

So, please, if it's a new subject, start a new thread.
