[Vision2020] Parks and Dogs

Sounds like the city is enforcing the law. Isn't that what they are
supposed to do? If people don't like the law, they should petition the
city council to change it.

I have never thought of the dog park as tiny. There is certainly enough
room there for my 80 lb lab to get a good run in. It is rarely crowded
when I go. THe most I've encountered has been 6 or 7 dogs. If it as
crowded as the author feels, perhaps the city should look at adding another
dog park.
