[Vision2020] Benoit told UI of fears 2 months before she was killed

Donovan,

While I agree that the rent-a-cops were a bad idea, please bear in  
mind that this didn't happen on campus and will not even show up in  
the NIJ campus crime statistics.
I'm waiting for a final judgment on this one until the independent  
study is done by the former chief justice and her group. I'm actually  
hoping that this is an honest attempt
to identify and solve a problem and not just a feel good effort.
