[Vision2020] who pays for Megaload cops?

Sunil,

IF he wrote a bad ticket, then he should be censured under whatever  
provisions are in the law for writing a bad ticket.
Till it gets to court, the issue is  'he said - she said"  THAT is  
what courts are for.
