[Vision2020] follow-up Idaho Post Falls Register

Reminds me of the “savings” claimed by Health & Welfare because they did not request federal funding, when, in fact, the federal funds were always more than a 1:1 match.  They think we are gullible and we know they are disingenuous.

The article I sent to you referred to Idaho's "budget surplus."  It's somewhat inaccurate to use that term.  These are funds the conservative legislature refused to budget.  They projected incoming revenue substantially lower than their own experts projected.  The experts' estimates were much closer.
