[Vision2020] The Latest on Bustamante . . .

I haven't read the judge's decision in this case, but why do the records need to be redacted?  Were such reactions allowed under the decision?  I am afraid the baby is going to be thrown out with the bathwater.

. . . was back on October 3rd when Judge Stegner ruled that UI must publicly release records of Bustamante.
