First Step Internet is constantly striving to give our customers the very best customer service possible. On Thursday, October 13, we will be upgrading the server hardware hosting your email service and/or Mailman list(s). We will take the server down at 6PM PDT (9PM EDT). We expect the maintenance to last 2 hours or less. During this period of time your list and/or email will not be available. Mail sent to your email domain or list will be delayed until the server is back online. Websites will not be affected.
