[Vision2020] Idaho's Legislative Redistricting; The Saga Continues . . .

We would be better off to put a map of Idaho on a wall. Then place a 2 year old with a crayon to draw on the wall to determine the districts. It is cheaper, faster, unbiased, and the lines would follow better reasoning than anything the Idaho leadership has presented thus far.
