[Vision2020] On Chris Christie . . .

I wonder if Christie is running interference for Gov. Perry after his
floundering debate performance, keeping media focus on Christie's
potential bid for the presidency, while Perry can re-group and his
scary debate performance fades a bit from public memory.  Of course,
all the media focus on Christie can be used for his advantage in many
ways, as he insists that he does not know what else to do to convince
people he is not running for president, short of "suicide."

If W. Bush can ascend to the presidency with the skeletons that were
in his closet, Christie might be able to overcome his associations
with corruption etc.

Probably a moot point, given Christie is not running...
